Operations Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated problem solver to join our Operations Team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for taking care of some specific our Business Customer requests within agreed SLA terms.

In this position, you will

  • Understand, investigate and resolve Customer requests in agreed SLA terms
  • Create how-to, troubleshooting articles for Customers and Teammates
  • Understand our products and able to clearly explain, consult Customers and Teammates
  • Create the best possible Customer satisfaction

  • A talent in explaining complex information in simple way
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills
