We are looking for a highly motivated problem solver to join our Business Customers Support Team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for taking care of all our Customer requests within SLA terms.

In this position, you will

  • Understand, investigate and resolve Customer requests in agreed SLA terms
  • Create how-to, troubleshooting articles for Customers and Teammates
  • Understand our products and able to clearly explain, consult Customers and Teammates
  • Create the best possible Customer satisfaction
  • We expect

  • Good interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • A talent in explaining complex information in simple way
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal english skills (additional languages are an advantage)

  • Experience with support ticketing systems, including SLA management
  • ITIL knowledge
